Hello!

 My name is Larry K. McFadden and I'm the Owner of Master of Repair all Around the House, LLC.  I want to sincerely thank you for considering me for your next project! I grew up in Southeast Missouri on a small farm in a little town called Leeper, Missouri, on the Black River. We didn’t have the luxury or the money to call a plumber, roofer, or mechanic when something went wrong or broke on the farm, we repaired it. If the plumbing started leaking in the house or if the barn had a hole in the roof, we fixed it. My father was a carpenter for many years, we built houses and outbuildings in the area. That is how I learned the trade.

I have been in public service for most of my adult life. After high school and College, I went through the Police Academy. I was in law enforcement for many years. During that time I was always doing side jobs like brick, block and stone work or some other type of handyman work. I worked for The Missouri Department of Transportation. I made vehicle repairs, did some light carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs for MODot  as well as for coworkers, neighbors, family, and friends. While working for MoDOT,  I received the 2013 MSHP (Missouri State Highway Patrol) Life Saver Award for administering first aid to a motorist until medical personnel arrived. 

From the time I was a child, I have been mechanically inclined and have an innate ability of being able to see how things work, and fix it! When others would give up and say it can’t be done, I could figure it out and get the job done. Call it talent, mechanical genius, or just plain thinking outside the box.
